1. Multi-Market Prospecting
Across all markets, we tapped into scalable data of luxury travel intenders sourced via leading OTAs, hotel loyalty programs and review websites to build powerful prospecting audiences
2. Generating, then Nurturing Demand
Our two-phase approach involved generating demand among prospects, driving traffic to the Fairmont website before doubling down on promising pockets of inventory & responsive audiences to convert the interest into room bookings
3. Fixed Outcome Model
To ensure profitability in our customer acquisition approach, we offered a fixed CPA across all markets, limiting the risk exposure to the client in their customer acquisition strategy
